...because black *hair* roots drive the nuts out of me. I HAD to dye it! So I heeded my gut feel (and to save money), I strutted to Watsons to get a hair dye. The hair dye that was raved by my multitudes of friends. So I had to try and test the effectiveness of...
Liese Bubble Hair Dye!!!
Honestly, the colour didn't splash out like how other liquid-form hair dye does (eg. Beauteen) . The colour of Liese Bubble Hair Dye stays on your hair like it is there naturally growing out from your hair roots, which is of course, a BAD THING as all hair dye is suppose to look like YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING DRASTIC TO YOUR HAIR.
Trying to live my long lived dream of having purple hair
I choose Cassis Berry (a brownish-purple colour tone) which turned out to tint my hair slightly (keyword: slightly) brown, and nada purple tone.
It barely covered my black roots too, although I have to admit it was fun 'shampoo'ing my hair with soapy-foamy hair dye and looking at the foam changing to dark purple before washing it off in the shower.
I was expecting a burst of purple because I have long longed for a purple tinted hair. My long term teenage dream was to have -purple hair- of all things!
I shall take more pictures with my new hair colour and show you and see if you can spot any difference!
Good points to note:
1) Liese doesn't dry out your hair too much, in fact it feels softer after dying! (compared to other hair dye brands)
2) Choose colours that are 3 tones *approximate* lighter than your desired colour if you want the colour to "show"
3) 1 Liese hair dye can cover 1 below shoulder length hair! (Although the box said shoulder length hair or shorter)
Nevertheless, I will definitely come back and try the other colours!

i hv try too yesterday...
