The Bucket List : Things To Do Before I Die

Probably you have watched it, probably you haven't. No I am not talking about Alice In Wonderland (2010) by Tim Burton! Hmmph!

The Bucket List

It's a fantastic movie and I've caught it once and it is really a must-watch-or-you-will-regret kind of movie.

Although you won't get to spot nudist and nice gleaming faces of girls or guys with hot bod ^^ , this movie will be an absolute tear jerker as you watch 2 dying males (depressing, no?) figuring out how to make the most out of the last few months of their lives. So they came out with a bucket list...And so go watch it yourself to see how they died or WHO died first. Nice lar, go watch.

That made me want to write my own bucket list too. Maybe this is not the final draft of my bucket list, but nevermind, I let you take a peek first.

1. Go to Great Wall of China
2. Elope with a guy
3. Hitch a ride in a Lamborghini
4. Bake a cake for real

Shiat, this is difficult. Ok ok, rewind rewind..

FAA'S BUCKET LIST
Things To Do Before I Die

1.   Sleep under a blanket of stars

2.   Camp and tent in a jungle

3.   1-month long vacation to anywhere

4.   Donate big fat check to charity

5.   Adopt a pet from SPCA

6.   Go ice skiing

7.   Cook up a storm for the people I love

8.   Meet someone famous

9.   Win a lottery

10. Go backpacking with Z

I know, it sounds depressing now that I've written 10 points down (I have 10 more things to do in life now). I really think that bucket lists should only be written down when you KNOW you are really going to die, like, real, soon. If I were given a choice to know when is my death day, I'd give it a pass. I will end up all sobs and probably lose my mind. So thank god, some life's secrets are best kept the way it is.

So what's going to be on your Bucket List?

Meanwhile, it's back to reality for me with a BUSINESS FINANCE TEST TOMORROW. I should add that to my bucket list:

11. Pass Business Finance test with an absolute High Distinction

The Resistance by Muse : My Say

on ,

Down with flu as I am typing this. I can't bear the thought that I have school tomorrow and studying to do too and much suay-ness - FLU, now?!

So, heeding Z's advice, "smiling makes you feel awesome". So, I was grinning all the way from home-train-bus and now at work. I am SO goddamn happy and after much forcing, I am slowly reading my textbook now and listening to some pimp songs.

Check out my favourite pick currently.

Muse - The Resistance

An english alternative rock band that comprises of 3 very talented english men formed in early 1990's. They were formally known as Rock Baby Dolls and soon got popular after winning a local battle of the bands. 3 of them, aging 31-32 years old, have formulated 5 top notched albums up to date, with the latest album The Resistance released in 2009.

My say: I love their previous songs, such as Uprising and House of the rising sun. I recommend you to listen to Knights Of Cydonia too (from the latest album). Muse gives us tricky guitar tabs to muse at and wondrous electrica tunes to nod our heads to. There are a few songs that sounded like the ex-Queen's lead singer Freddie Mercury singing. I'm aghast at Matthew's (Muse lead singer) vocals. He sounds so in-pitch in concerts when he is live. He totally deserves a standing ovation from all. The band deserves a salutation.

Go get the entire album!

My Driving Test Experience!

on
I'm blogging from my iPhone as I'm waiting for my dad to pick me up at
this ungodly hour! Yea I hung out till wee morning and now pleading my
dadda for a ride home. But don't judge too soon fellas because if you
know me well, you would have known by now where in this earth I live.

*looks at watch* oh horrors!!! It's like, 12:05am! Anyways, reason
for blogging today is just to share my traffic police experience.

I freaking passed my TP on my first try, accumulating 10 measly points
(hey that IS considered goddamn awesome right!?!?)

The tp instructor was just too friendly it made me even more freaked
out then ever. He saw me, and said, calm down, take your time to
instill confidence... But wth, he repeated the whole goddamn thing so
many times it made me worry SHIT am I NOT showing confidence?!?!,!
Machiam want to pee in pants. He was friendly thank god. Then I was
about to make a u turn, and he asked me, do you know what is a
preposition and a conjunction?

I was so horrified. My goodness is this a trick question? *hands about
to do a u turn* I erm erm erm, I think I must have looked totally
dumb, totally spared my face from embarrasment because I didn't tell
him I'm an undergraduate.

I err and err and WTF I uturn to wrong lane!! He );;::@-86}^^>+!? Me.
This man so tricky! What is this! A test of psychology!? Distract me
with such questions!?!

Then he said to me, car is a luxury.FULLSTOP.

I said, ya true !! Nods head agressively, I need to agree ma, don't
want to piss my tp tester.

He said really!?!?

*gasp* I thought that was a statement, not a QUESTION!

He laughed muahahahaha. Damn, I must have looked like an ass. Agreeing
to whatever he said.

He replied, why is it a luxury? It is a neccessity....

I don't know where he's geting to with this conversation. I start to
feel so dazed by this complexity but was glad to see that I am
turning back into the drivng centre... My route took only 5 minutes!

.....

"WHY YOU TURN TO LEFT LANE" he roared. shit I lost my focus when I
entered the driving centre, wrong lane! Hah! But he already switched
off his tap tap device, so he can't add more demerits points huhuhu!

So there, I was awarded with a clean sheet of 10 points. A confirm
pass!!!!

So happy I feel like telling the whole world!! Not for the sole
purpose of bragging, but for the sake of reminding others that TP
testers can be tricky and cheeky.

When I said I scored 10 points, people wow and then ask me, what were
you wearing that day?

God, I'm not some seductress. I wore casual girl next door clothes and
shoes. Trust me, I earned my liscence fair and square!

Ironically, I'm bored. Now that I've got my liscense, what's next?

Cheers to everyone... Dad please arrive here soon.

This is definitely not the best blogpost so far! That's because it is
already 12:30 am and typing on iPhone qwerty board at this hour is
just not convenient!

Love,
Faa

Songs For The Weekend Recommended By Me

Faa's tiny playlist for the week end wind down!

Yes la, it's the weekends, ape lagi (what else) start rocking your iPhones with some lady tracks specially handpicked by your awesome music goddess, ME.

Timbaland - If We Ever Meet Again ft. Katy Perry

Do you come here much? I gotta see your face some more..
Cos baby I will never be the same, if we ever meet again.

Go Kitty Purry (She calls herself that in Twitter @katyperry). Her strong vocals supports Timbaland's brassy voice for good and this track is total head turner if you have it as your iPhone ringtone. The track is 5 minutes long inclusive of a tech-r&b-no track as the song trails off.

Lily Allen - Who'd Have Known

Are you mine?
Cause I stay here all the time
Watching telly, drinking wine
Who'da known, who'da known
When you flash up on my phone
I'd no longer feel alone

Lily Allen is the infamous baby Brit doll who was suspended from her high school when she was caught doing  BJ, in class. This video features the confused Elton John tied on chair as Lily feeds him Pizzas. You got to love this dazy love song. 'Cos I am!

Selena Gomez and The Scene- As a blonde

As a blonde, will I get whatever I want?

Selena Gomez has an au naturale beauty prom queen. Girls, you got to envy this mighty chick. From her latest album Kiss & Tell, As a blonde is a fast thumping track on the how she wants to be blonde because she was just so sick of being a brunnette. The rest of the tracks from her colaboration album with The Scene is a magical experiment gone terribly well, because her vocals are way much better than any Disney star you can ever think of. She beats Miley hands down no doubt! Love her or hate her, it's a difficult choice.

Lady Gaga Feat. New Kids On The Block-Big Girl Now

I'm a big girl you're a big boy now now now

Shiats. Love Gaga, love her makeup, love her new (MAC) Lipstick (Viva La Glam Gaga). How can I miss a song from this woman. And not to mention, New Kids On The Block?! They are freaking old men now. Change the band name perhaps?

Cheryl Cole - Fight For This Love

Anything that is worth having, it's worth fighting for.

Well said Cheryl! This hard headed girl insist to call off her marriage with Chelsea soccer player Ashley Cole, after knowing he had gone through 5 affairs throughout their 2 years marriage. What kind of idiot of any degree will cheat on a voluptuous bombshell like Cheryl? Naughty naughty!

These are my current lady tracks. Awesome, not?

Love lots,
Faa
